The hammered dimples provide more surface for conducting heat on the outside and prevent food from sticking on the inside. The included stainless steel lid aids in slow-simmered recipes and the dual pouring spouts makes the pot easy to use for both left- and right-handed cooks. The Yukihira Pot measures 3.5h x 10”diam. with a 7”l handle. The included lid measures 1.5h x 10”diam. Hand wash only.
